Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
English is the authoritative version of this document. Translations are provided for convenience and do not change its meaning.
These Terms of Service govern your use of MyUniBridge (the "Platform"), operated by MYUNIBRIDGE LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Platform is
MyUniBridge is a self-service information and planning platform for international students who intend to study at a university in the United Kingdom. It provides research tools, cost and requirement information, comparison and planning features, document organisation, and general guidance.
MYUNIBRIDGE LTD is not an education agency or recruitment agent. We do not represent any university, we do not submit applications on your behalf, and we receive no commission from any institution.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one person.
Creating an account and confirming your email address does not grant paid access to the Platform.
3. Price and access period
Access costs £19 as a single, one-time payment and grants 6 months of access to paid features from the moment the payment is verified.
This is not a recurring subscription, not lifetime access, and there is no per-application charge. Access ends automatically at the end of the access period unless you purchase a new access period.
Paid access is activated only when our payment provider confirms a successful payment through a valid, signed webhook notification. Registration, email confirmation, or reaching a success page does not activate access.
4. No guarantees of outcome
Admission decisions, scholarship awards, Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and visa decisions are made solely by universities and by the relevant United Kingdom authorities.
MYUNIBRIDGE LTD does not guarantee admission, an offer, a scholarship, a CAS, a visa, accommodation, or any other outcome, and does not promise that any specific information will remain accurate at the moment you rely on it.
5. Not regulated advice
Information on the Platform is general information only. It is not immigration advice, legal advice, financial advice, or tax advice, and it must not be relied upon as such. For regulated immigration advice you must consult a qualified and appropriately regulated adviser.
You are responsible for verifying all information against the official source before making any decision or payment.
6. Data sources and accuracy
Factual information is compiled from official and open United Kingdom sources and from official university websites, and each field is presented with its source and a last-verified date. Universities may change requirements, fees and deadlines at any time.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Platform you must not:
- share, resell or sublicense your account or your access
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract Platform content
- attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, authentication or rate-limiting controls
- upload unlawful content, malware, or another person's documents without their permission
- use the Platform to provide agency, consultancy or advisory services to third parties
8. Guided Help and usage limits
Guided Help is an assisted-search feature grounded in Platform data and approved sources. Its use is subject to fair-use limits per user to protect service availability and cost. Guided Help answers are general information and are subject to the same limitations set out in these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All Platform software, design, structure, compilations and original text are owned by MYUNIBRIDGE LTD or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for your own study planning during your access period.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached, where payment is reversed or charged back, or where use threatens the security or availability of the Platform. Where a suspension results from a serious breach, no refund is due.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, MYUNIBRIDGE LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform or in law. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify registered users. The English version of these Terms is authoritative.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save for any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
